Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure delivery.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the clean, fur-free harness and accessories back into their original packaging or a secure mailer with all tags attached.

  Drop Off and Wait

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
